I wanted to build a penthouse that is different from the other ones -- namely, one that is not quite so crowded and modern, and includes indoor and outdoor areas.  Please download this, as it looks better in game than in the screenshots.

It's a nice entry. Having a balcony or open area is barely used so far. The toilet is idd nicely made. Overal it is lovely and spacious made.

Anyway good luck in the contest although you're competition!

Also, it seems you're new to PMC so.
