This is for the Penthouse, Sweet! build contest, I've been working since day 1 of contest release and came up with this!  I'm very happy with the way it turned out, found out modern could be one of my fortes with just a little bit of practice.  I picked a little bit colder colors for this build (AKA blue purple green) and I stuck with the theme fairly well.  Just a note, none of my screenshots were edited.  The features of this penthouse include:

-1 Hallway
-1 Kitchen
-1 Attic
