Perennial Heights is a suburb to the much larger city of Freehaven (you can see the city skyline in some of the shots)

Its home to a wide variety of designs and colorful homes, shops, a school, marina and a central park.
Most of the houses and shops are done and furnished with just a bit of work left to do here and there.
