this is a truck with a trailer capable of transporting cars. It's called a car carrier or car hauler.
The ramps the cars stand on can be raised and lowered by hydraulic pistons which allows for easy loading and unloading the cars by simply driving them onto the ramps.
The trailer technically is a semi trailer because it also uses fifth-wheel coupling. However, there is a car sitting on the truck where the trailer and truck usually connect. So, the fifth wheel is put behind the truck close to the ground.

ReconGaming06 asked me if I could make a car carrier 6 months ago but back then I had no idea how to build one. He was seemingly surprised when I told him I would make it now. Here is the important thing: I never forget a request, I only postpone it indefinitely until I feel like I know how to make it.
