Version 12 is out!

Well, that took longer than expected

I added a new luxury neighborhood and a new lake east of the city
I refurbished a bunch of buildings and houses
I added a lot more stuff that you can explore

Version 13 is probably gonna be the last one, and I plan to finish it sometime this fall
