Situated at one hour from my home, the castle of Pierrefonds is considered as one of the most beautiful of France!
It was moreover the decoration(set) of numerous movies and series as Merlin, The Miracle of wolves, The Hunchback, Grandpa makes of the resistance, The Visitors, Jeanned'Arc ( 1999 ), Sydney Fox, the adventuress ( 1999 ), cursed Kings ( 2005 ), etc.

Completely restored by Viollet le Duc in XIX century, there is thus one the best the kept(preserved) today !

I went on the spot to take 300 photos! I asked directly for the guard-leader " of the castle the diverse guides. And there, I too much preferred not to lie, to explain him(her) that I worked on a 3D software and to reconstitute the castle completely. That the result(profit) would give a kind of movie and would doubtless be seen thousands of times on the Internet and that it would be an interesting promotion(class) to make discover the castle to the entierBref world, he(it) opened me the doors of a room forbidden to the public where he(it) kept(guarded) affectedly some plans of viollet-le-duc. He(it) authorized me to photograph them but without flash....

I adapted all plans and photos for minecraft to be the close relation of the reality, it took me approximately 50 hours...

The castle on minecraft is moved forward to approximately 90 %
But it is long in survival...

I would put screens according to the progress.

Additional Notes

Following a hack, everything was destroyed by the tnt stupid people.
The town and castle on the server verygames.
Over 1000 hours reduced to nil.
Fortunately I have a backup world solo and would continue Castle
after my big project for entry into the team eventime.
