Hi guys, today I am showcasing a recently built, Neo Eclectic style 2010's suburban home I created in the neighborhood of Pinehurst, in a 1:1.5 scale. This is the first house in the Pinehurst Series, which is a fictional suburban neighborhood developed by the real-life brand Ryan Homes. The house is located in the city of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network project. This was completely built by myself, Des9301, with no use of mods, only using the Esterlon Recourse Pack. Special Shoutout to Dopaminn and lolololololl for helping out with the interior décor of the build.

Pinehurst is a large, upper-middle-class neighborhood located in the southern suburbs of the City of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network Project. Built in the last 5 years, this home is a brick Neo Eclectic three-level home. The house features 3 Levels, a 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a tree-lined backyard, proximity to shopping, and close access to highways. The neighborhood is surrounded by many similar homes built in the late 2010s and early 2020s, and this specific home is the Bateman model. The house is fully furnished, and many unpacked boxes are still around as the family moved into the home recently. Just behind the property is a Sheetz, convenient if you need something in a pinch. Many other wealthy neighborhoods are nearby. The exterior and floorplan were built by myself, Des9301, with no use of Mods, just the Esterlon Resource Pack.
