A building located on Poltavskyi Shliakh street in Kharkiv, Ukraine, built in 1:1 scale in my project.

Important:
Also as you can notice the number of floors in my Minecraft world is 1 floor less than in real life, as it is a measurement error, which means the height distance between each floor's windows is either 1 m or 2m, so I chose 2 which in the end makes it too long if the amount of floor is too high, so I cut one floor off for maximum realism of the space.

Design:
The architecture of the building is typical of the 1930s Soviet Union reformations in terms of urbanization, cities were expanding massively, and old houses were being demolished. The typical characteristic of this type of housing is the fact that they have high ceilings, big windows, grand entrance designs, and balconies with a lot of details. And to this day these apartments are quite expensive, even though living conditions there aren't the best, the location and historical significance of these houses really get the price higher than expected.
