Hello, I'll introduce you my first shader pack "The PoneyOmega' Shader Pack 1.2".
This shader changes the appearance of the water, it becomes more realistic. It also adds movement to plants.
It consumes very few resources and it is made for that. This is not a shader that makes Minecraft beautiful but it will have the merit of giving a better gaming experience for people who have bad pc ( like mine :( )
