Whats up guys? Harbear here with chapter two of my three part Portal themed advenure/puzzle map. New and improved! I've reworked the portal mechanic so it shoudl be better than ever. NO MORE CLUNKY TELEPORT COMMANDS! I've made enough progress now on this map that I think its finally ready to play. I'll still probably do minor changes, but everything should work.
I'm really, really excited about this project. This has definitely been the most difficult map I've done so far. Puzzle making is tricky buisness.
YOU DON'T NEED ANY MODS TO PLAY THIS MAP Just download the save, and resource pack, and you're good to go. You do however need to play this in the latest version of minecraft. There are allot of components that won't work in older versions.
This map relies heavily on redstone. If you find yourself lagging to much, just turn down your render distance, and smooth lighting.
The resource pack I used is Sayomi_Inoue's Precisely Portal. I modified a few textures however, so just use the pack in the same folder as the map. It won't look right if you use the original. I don't take credit for the pack. I just needed to change some things.
A few rules to remember- NO BREAKING BLOCKS NO CHANING YOUR GAMEMODE Other than that you should be good.

You can only have one blue/orange portal at a time. So in some parts of the map, when you shoot a new portal the old one despawns. It shouldn't be a problem hopefully. I just added it so people wouldn't be using the wrong portals.
what i meant is that the Place to shoot a Portal was never there...there's just a hole there big as a portal, soo, I went gamemode 1 then checked it, there was nothing there at all
Sorry it took so long :3 Double speed highlight of the fixed part 1, full play-through of part 2. Part 2 is even better than the first, keep it up! Love the new portal gun mechanics :D
