This is a Portal Gun that I have made in vanilla Minecraft 1.8 . In addition to the Portal Gun, this map also features puzzles involving cubes, slime blocks, and more things.
Instructions:
To fire a portal: Fire your bow at the place where you want the bottom of your portal to be. You can only place portals on iron blocks.
To change the color of your portals: Shift + W
To pick up / drop a block: Drop your stone button (Q)
Also, a big thanks to creeper kid 1 for helping me fix some mistakes in my map.

Made a couple of major improvements, now portals can only be placed on iron blocks! (along with other things)

*Edit*: With a bit of redstone knowledge i fixed it. I will tell you how I did it.
One: the command block at -1533 55 1113 needs to be @p not your username
Two: Set up a 4 hopper timer(a 4x4 of hoppers feeding in to eachother so the item in it infinitly loops) with compareator outputs on oposite ends. Then place a command block that will be powered by the comperators on each side. paste this command in to one: /execute @e[type=ItemFrame,name=RedPortalBottom] ~ ~ ~ /tp @a[r=1] @e[type=ItemFrame,name=BluePortalBottom] and this one in to the other: /execute @e[type=ItemFrame,name=BluePortalBottom] ~ ~ ~ /tp @a[r=1] @e[type=ItemFrame,name=RedPortalBottom]
That is it! then it will work so long as there is only one item in the hopper timer
*EDIT*
Outside the spawn building the command block that says /gamemode @p 2 needs to say /gamemode 2 @p
I recogmend going in to survival and running /effect @p 17 100000 20 in the room that says you won. You will see why.
But may I ask what was with the orange and blue clay effects? it wasnt even in the map.
