After getting all of his emerald money, Steve decided he needed to share it with more people, so he bought a bunch of hot airballoons,took the baskets out of them, andchained them down to various places. His plan workedexactlyhow he expected it to, andtheballoonslifted the ground high up into the air. He then built. He spent a lot of his money building houses, bars, anair-dock, and even a museum based on his achievements. He theninviteda bunch of people to live on the island's as they drift calmly through the air. Many people accepted the offer and moved to the island. He then opened abazaar on a ring around the island, and the island's income grew to the point where many more people wanted to live on the island, so Steve opened up a giantapartmentskyscraper, with many rooms open for newsettlement.

The islands still haven't ceased toprosperafter all these years.
