This is a raft survival map. In this, there is no island nor other raft or ship. Check in barrels for food, resources and equipment's and also check under water for underwater ruins. Note: in barrels there are no water breathing potions but use doors for water breathing.

Actually, it's for version 1.18.2 but follow my instructions:
First download my map then
open version 1.15 and then
click the world and
you would have two options : Cancel and Load Anyway
click 'Load Anyway' and you are done
