It's been a very long while, so here's to breaking the silence with a brand new, rejuvenated version of my original 'Realistic modern seaside house' project. The house has undergone a complete rebuild, with brand new materials and architecture made possible thanks to the UTB-Flows 2018 resource pack, taking the build to a complete new level of realism and contemporary design.

This project was an exercise to experiment with news designs under the latest update, and has been ongoing for the past couple of years.

Built in 1.13.2
No WorldEdit used. Everything can be done in vanilla Minecraft 1.13 (unique 3D models like the computers will only work with the resource pack, however, so be sure to have this on).

Disclaimer: The resource pack has been slightly personalised/modified for this particular build. If you wish to use the original, unmodified version, you will need to change some of the house's materials for it to look right again. The modified resource pack has already been bundled into the world save file, so no additional download is needed. The house was further built using Optifine HD; also highly recommended for download.

This build is of free use, whether it is for a video showcase or your own world/server. No permission for use or redistribution is needed, but credit is highly appreciated.
