This is a Minecraft volcano, made to look and feel as realistic as possible. To make it, I just found a random mountain, terraformed it, and added a whole bunch of lava. It was made in Minecraft snapshot 19w02a. Because of this, and also because of the fact that it is not finished yet, I will not be adding a download until 1.14 actually comes out (and it will be updated to the update). However, I will be releasing regular updates and progress reports.

  I still have a lot to do until it is finished. I have to add all the ash (black concrete powder) to the bottom half of the mountain, I have to make the forest seem as if it has been scorched (for example, turn all trees into acacia stumps with black "branches" extending out, add ash, scorched soil (podzol and/or course dirt) to the forest floor, and add smoke and flames to the mix as well), and I have to add smoke everywhere. While on the topic of smoke, the means in which I added smoke to the lava is by using the new campfires. I put them underground, added hay bales under them, and added a single block above them (campfires can actually go through a single block, as long as it is right above them). Hopefully, my finished product will accomplish my goal (to make the volcano look and feel as realistic as possible).
