Jonas Worth's flight in 1999 overshadowed an event
occurring in the previous years. we will recount it,
as well as the Red Dawn War, the closest earth's been to
annihilation.

In 1993, the United States launched the Hyphon Series of
reconnaissance satellites to track several anomalous objects
orbiting in a pattern that would take them across the entire
contiguous U.S. when the Hyphons reached their targets,
the U.S. was shocked. the Soviet Union had put up a string
of nuclear offensive satellites! the United States had a similar
Program that ran from 1966 until 1973, named "Pandora,"
but this was different. these seemed to be active! the Pandoras
were deactivated after the victory in Vietnam. the USSA (United
States Space Armanents) decided to reactivate them, and
target Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad, and
numerous military locations. after intelligence was found, it
is discovered that they are of the "Tsiolkovsky Class" Ballistic
Orbital Bombardment Satellite. they would use unguided nuclear
bombs with a yield of 15 Megatons. the Red Dawn War lasted
only 100 Days, and what is now known as Macedonia and Cyprus
were invaded by Augments: digitally augmented humans capable
of withstanding radiation of up to 750 milirads as well as super-
human strength and fast-clotting blood. famous people who are
these Augments include Michael Fenneck, known as the Davy
Crockett of the 20th Century, Martin Rosovo (36th Div.), New Earth Separatist Protester,
and James Taylor (24th Div.), Starship Captain. In 1993, Michael Fenneck, aged 27,
was the captain of the ESS Independence, an Abraham Lincoln Class
ship, Type 2 (refit). him and his crew were drafted into duty in the
Red Dawn War with the NASA Drafting Order of '93, where he
was assigned as Sargeant of the 47th Augment Division.
Fenneck started and ended the Red Dawn War. he started it by firing
upon a Soviet VK02 Spaceplane which was performing maintenance
on Tsiolkovsky 4. he ended it by using the ESS Independence to destroy
the Tsiolkovsky Satellites in orbit over the Baikonur Cosmodrome while they were receiving targets.
he hacked into the American Broadcasting Station's Gordon T. McDuffy
Building in Washington, D.C, and transmitted his final message throughout
the United States and the Soviet Union (which was monitoring American Media)
"It is done. I have ended this silly war with the destruction of the Tsiolkovsky Nuclear Weapons
Platforms. Russia... is defenseless. our Space Pebbles will destroy any missiles they fire.
i know my country is better than just to hit it's opponent
while he's down. every American who wants this... tyranny
to end, give me a Hoorah!". then he caused his ship's main reactor to meltdown, destroying the
Independence and Tsiolkovsky Satellites in orbit. over 23 million people said "Hoorah" to Fenneck after he said that.
the American Cold War was sparked on whether or not we should attack the Soviets. the Soviets were unable to shut down Tsiolkovsky 6, the only survivor, in time,
and it dropped it's payload on the city of San Francisco, California on August 7th,
1993. the San Francisco Orbital Countermeasures Satellite (SFOCS, S-Fox, or Frannie)
was constructed to destroy any incoming ICBM, SuLBM, or SaLBM.
