Simple contraption, just a ring counter hooked up to a redstone lamp screen. Press the button to manually increment the counter, or flick the lever to have the clock do it. Sometimes if you push the button too fast, the pistons glitch up, so don't. I'll replace the ring counter with a sequential counter (or even better, a shift register) soon for improved performance.
