This is the first stadium in "Block Two" and the seventh build overall in the SkyBET EFL Championship 2018/19 Project, and it is the home to Middlesbrough. Work on it began on March 25, 2019 and concluded on November 9, 2019. The stadium has a capacity of 34,000, making it the fourth largest stadium in the Championship this season.
