Rock Paper Scissors by Isaac Zephyr

My first minigame in Minecraft, I thought I'd pick something simple. Rock Paper Scissors. Play with your friends and place your minecraft-life on the line in a high stakes game of everyone's common dispute settler, Rock Paper Scissors!
