ANTE ROMAN TREVIRIS STETIT ANNIS MILLE TRECENTIS PERSTET ET AETERNA PACE FRUATUR.
This is a larger project, namely our interpretation of Augusta Treverorum (present-day Trier, located in Germany) at the time of its biggest prosperity.
The city was a Great Imperial city under Constantine the great. At its height it was the capital of the roman province of Belgica with a population up to 100,000. It had all the amenities of a Great imperial city, including:
A large central forum - completed but not completely furnished
3 Thermae - 1 completed except for some basement/plumbing touches - outline for the other two started
Several palaces - imperial and otherwise; one small finished, imperial one started
Several temple complexes of various sizes as well as the Cathedral of trier, one temple complex and the cathedral finished
Various administrative buildings - 1 small academy completed - various other to go
A large horreum complex - mostly finished
A theatre
A Circus
A great bridge and walls with impressive gates, bridge more or less finished - wall started, minor gate finished too
Many, many blocks of Insulae and Domus - countless started and several finished
Surrounding countryside of villas, vines and farms
The city was created by JCHelland and myself with the help of several other people.
Texture Pack is (a slightly modified version of) Romecraft by stugace

6 Update Logs
Yes.. still alive | Update #6 : by Shimoto 09/30/2018 11:56:14 amSep 30th, 2018
So it did not take 2 months but 3 years for the next update although now the project is revived and will hopefully stay that way.
The horreum area is finished and the palace got extended. Several buildings were reworked in detail and others got some minor changes.
I also added new images and brought back the schematic file

Merci beaucoup pour les éloges^^ Oui, j'ai l'intention de continuer et de terminer la reconstruction de Trèves, même si cela prendra certainement un certain temps.
okay, cool !! I can not wait to see the progress of the project! :) if you ever need help for the city,
whether to build, or for information (plans, model, details, etc) I would help you willingly ^^
Yes it will be revived, actually already is! I am planning to upload an update next month which will include the great horrea of the city, some new city blocks and some overhauled older buildings like the cathedral in the first Image.
