Roselia Sanctuary
Hello! It's been a terribly long time since I've been active, and I'm not even certain this is my final project of the year. I have been busy with studies, collaborating with a builder group and judging alongside the brotherhood (of open-minded bloggers). Like Kait, this is another exclusive map without a download for various reasons (it's hard work xP). This is actually the largest but non-canon and random map that I have made by far using World Machine, it was a nightmare to render this thing... Enjoy!
Note: Thanks to a friend's suggestion and the fact many people began plagiarising my work without crediting me, I'll begin using the Creative Common License for my projects. IN YOUR FACE YOU PESKY THIEVES! Also note some differences in the bright red texture in the photos, it was originally redstone blocks. Changed to red wool because the redstone looked terrible up close. Changed again to red mushroom blocks because the red wool didnt have much of a difference in colour to red stained clay, and the fact it quickly catches fire from lava.
FUN FACT: Diplocarpon rosae, or Black Spot Fungus, is a vegetable disease that targets rose plants, as demonstrated in the rose petals of the map. They flourish in the absence of sulfur, hence they are examples of living indicators of air pollutants. Such disease was notably observed since the early Clean Air Acts when house chimneys spewing smoke were removed nationwide, giving rise to the parasitic black spot fungus. This can be treated by removing the infected leaves or the whole host plant to prevent spread to other rose bushes. Using fungicide must be a last resort to avoid affecting the vicinity ecosystem.

Oh, and your build looks a little like the Maze from The Maze Runner :P
The build looks like alot of things tbh. But I am excited for the upcoming scorch trials movie though.
Well I'm sorry I watched Star Wars instead of that. xP
