After 1 year of building on this project and over 1 million set blocks, I feel glad to be able to present to you:



This build was started on the 11th Febuary 2015, as I was concepting on Styles. I literally was mad at myself for not making anything I was happy with - well until I started this. Over the course of this build, I have developed concepts and the style for this build, and also noticable is that my style changed in the midst of building this.

My original inspiration were the properties of plants, especially Roses (that is where the name Rosendorn comes from - ger: thorn of the rose). The roofs are inspired by the buds and leaves of this type of flower, the rim of the build by its thorns, the main body of the towers and the outer walls by wooden textures.

The reason I call it Chapter I Project Hikari is cause this project will be part of an even bigger project I will start in the future

On the edge, where the ocean of water and the ocean of land meet. there stands tall a heart like a tree. Rosendorn it was named, is named, will be named. It preserves, it allows us to grow, conserves the balance.
A guardian of gaia, a guardian of man, stand there, with no allegiance, but to each other. They shall preserve the heart, They shall preserve this world.
Rosendorn is not a building, but an artwork of growth, but also the vital string for growth.
The day it succumbs to the hand of man, succumbs to the hand of time, is the day we succumb to these hands.
It lived before us, it shall die after us, it shall blossom through our lives, and make our lives blossom.
Preserve the untouched, cause it touches us.

The roots down to the deepest water, the branches to the highest heavens.
