Sandpiper Townhomes
A chunk can feel fairly claustrophobic in the best of circumstances but the developers of the Sandpiper Townhomes set out to prove this doesn't have to always be the case!These three macro homes are each two story, single bedrooms with a single bath. They're an ideal starter home for a couple or an awesome bachelor/bachelorette pad!
Each home is slightly different than the others:
Unit 1 on the ground floor offers easy access and a small front patio.
Unit 2 with elevator access is bright with an aquamarine color scheme. This unit comes with a balcony off the bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Unit 3 is off the hook with with a crimson color scheme and black leather accents. This unit includes a working refrigerator and double double ovens. You've got the big screen TV and sound system and a disc storage system for the jukebox. Unlike the other two units, this one has a pantry with loads of storage, and it's own elevator to the second floor. The bedroom includes a cozy balcony, desk space and TV/Reading area. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower big enough for two!
All three units have access to the tiny garden area in the back of the complex.
