The year is 1976 and the town is alive and booming with business! Come visit your favorite landmarks the way the it looked before it was abandoned!

Change Log:
- Abandoned motel - Fully restored and open for business
- Boat House Marina - Restored with pool and docks in back
- Liquor Ace - Fully restored exterior and interior
- Airfield - Fully restored hanger and runway (removed military plane)
- Western Sandy Shores - Restored restaurant, Hardware Store, Auto Shop.
- Sandy Shores Fire Station - Fully restored building featuring old apparatus featuring SSFD logo
- Sheriff Station - Replaced sheriff cars with old black and white ones
- Medical Center - Replaced ambulance with an older version
- Roads - Replaced road material to black and yellow terracotta
