/sethome and /home In Vanilla Minecraft! Only One Command!

I have made 3 commands for 1,3 and 5 homes/sethomes. This works in multiplayer however I would not recommend this if you are playing on a Public server. However if you are playing with friends or family this command is great to move around. I made three different versions for either more players or for a different view of what you want to play, e.g easy medium hard. This can also be used for maps, if you do please make sure to leave this posts link and my name.

Commands:
/trigger sethome set 1 (Sets home 1 at your position!)
/trigger home set 1 (Teleports you to your 1st home!)

1 Home command:

Remember to /setworldspawn next to the contraption to keep it loaded so your homes work!

I have multiple homes in my survival world and one is on a island far from the other. I wanted a good /sethome command and this was perfect! Just one problem; When i am at the other house far away from the home that i set (doesnt matter which one), it doesnt work. I put the correct command and i get the "Trigger home changed with set 1" in chat. It works when i am close to the house though. I am in verson 1.12.2 with Optifine downloaded if that helps. Great command block work btw!

I figured it out! I was doing it out of the chat but if you put it into a command block it actually works fine.
