Hi guys, today I am showcasing a recently built gas station known as Sheetz I created in the neighborhood of Pinewood, in a 1:1.5 scale. Sheetz is a well-known gas station brand located in the rustbelt region of the United States. The gas station is located in the city of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network project. This was completely built by myself, Des9301, with no use of mods, only using the TRS Recourse Pack.

About
Pinewood is a large, upper-middle-class town located in the southern suburbs of the City of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network Project. The Sheetz featured in the center of the town is home to 20 gas station bays, a drive-through, and a car wash. It is also conveniently located near direct highway access. There are no Wawa's nearby to steal business. The build is modeled after the latest era of Sheetz design, with a major emphasis on natural woods and the color red. The exterior, interior, and floorplan were built by myself, Des9301, with no use of Mods, just the TRS Resource Pack.
