Arceus is essentially the pokemon god. You can change it to any type in the game by giving it items called "Plates" because of it's ability Multitype; for example if you give it a draco plate it turns into a dragon type, if you give it a dread plate it turns into the dark type e.t.c. This makes it arguably one of the most versatile pokemon because it can be up to 18 different possible types (only one type at once though). I think the one that this build is based off is either the shiny rock or ground type Arceus because of the brownish colour of the thing around its waist but idk.
