First, install Forge and the worldedit mod for 1.12.2. Load Minecraft, join a world. Download this schematic and go to .minecraft/config/worldedit/schematics
Paste the downloaded schematic there. Then back to your minecraft, do /schem list, find this schematic's name, then do /schem load [​name], and do //paste (the helicopter will be put in front of you).
You can follow a Youtube tutorial instead if you want more visual instructions.
