"Initial Containment and Research (ICR) Site-47 is a Foundation site located at ██°██’██”N ███°██’██”W in the United States, near the city of ████ ████████, Wyoming. Its main purpose is to further the understanding of 'novel anomalies, their causes, and designate means of containment.'
