a fun survival based map to play with your friends. some aspects of it are challenging though if you die you should be able to pick off from where you left (as long as you didn't fall off with all your resources)
there is hidden treasures to find within the island

don't purposely jump off to re-gain health.
play on at least normal difficulty.
no mods or inventory editing.
no use of creative mode.
have fun.
challenges (so far. i will add to the list, or you can suggest some):
build a library
build an autimated cactus farm
build a spawner trap
build a seperate mob trap
build a castle (at least 20 blocks by 20 blocks)
escape the island without building a bridge or going into creative mode

to run a server you have to open the Minecraft_Server (app)
more importantly if you want to use this project for your server (or any other world saves) place the world save (unzipped) in the same directory/folder as the minecraft_Server and re-name it to "world". the server should then find the spawn point and should run the map you wish to use.

1: port forwarding. if you don't know how to do this then search on youtube as it is different for each broadband provider.
2: use hamachi, it's a free software that will link your computer with others. for this to work everyone that is to join the server also needs hamachi. (this is what I recommend you do)
