Small 2 Bedroom Home (Modded) - 300th Subscriber Special - LPC

Well, it has been a while since I done a subscriber special for all the wonderful community that has enjoyed my builds over the past few years, and well, thought since I hit 300 a while ago, thought to well, give them a thank you. Sadly, couldn't come up with anything as genius or best, so I thought to give you all this!

This small house is one of many thousands of homes being built in my city and well, I decided to make it a little more unique. It is very close to Lazuli Plains city in one of the northern suburbs, and this house has it's own characteristics. For example different design to the interior walls instead of my usual looking walls, and a seperate garage instead of one that is connected to the house. This house also sits on a major road, so I had to do a loop-driveway.

Sorry, but no download for this! The fact is, this build has so many mods added, it has already decreased my FPS down, and to prevent people losing there maps or having issues, I will not post a download to this build. But when Lazuli Plains map gets released, I will be sure to add a download for that, which will have this build in it with all the mods!
