The little sheds are well made, I especially like the little cart design. It seems in my eyes you used more and ones I haven't seen yet of meta-data blocks. The water on top of the main tower will go downstairs as it is the lowest point on the roof. The walls protecting the ones on the roof are higher than the stairs entrance, so yeah be glad you made a drain downstairs.
