Introduction
This is a small modern hotel I made as a testbuild on the Greenfield build server, and as the name suggests, it is located in the seafront offering a spectacular scenery to guests and visitors. The architectural style of this hotel is reminiscent to that of the Four Seasons resort I made earlier, namely modern but this was in fact inspired by a hotel I stayed in Spain. It has 13 rooms with balconies and a lobby within its 5 floors.
