Church of the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God Is a Church in the Skuchilikha village in Suzdal, Russia. It is a five domed church with a bell tower and has been built from 1696 to 1706.
Before the current church was built there was a wooden church at the same location.
The church is located immediately near to the Spaso-Evfimiev Monastery.
Not much information is avaiable about the wooden church, when it was built, or how it looked like. But it was likely a typical wooden structure of the 15th or 16th. century like the rest of the town, (and other towns and cities in russia) at that time.

Unfortunately there is no information about its former appearance avaiable, aside of that it was made out of wood. The build is based around the shape of the current church, but in style of russian vernacular architecture.
