I present the Solar System Explorer Spacecraft! This Project uses parts from several other projects here on planet Minecraft. This Spacecraft is largely edited from AirshipsEverywhere's Skyship Venture: The First Warp Ship which can be found here http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/skyship-venture-the-first-warp-ship/ . This is in my opinion, one of the coolest spacecraft in Minecraft! The Solar System Explorer also uses parts from Hiyougami's International Space Station (Minecraft Vanilla SMP) which you can find here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91qHlceH5ps . The shuttles are from my SSTO VTOL Spaceplane which can be found here http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/ssto-vtol-spaceplane/ . Which itself is derived from FlyingPenguin33's 1:1 Scale Space Shuttle on Launch Pad which can be found here http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/11-scale-space-shuttle-on-launch-pad/ . All in all this project would not exist if it were not for the above mentioned projects. This Spacecraft is by far the largest spaceship that I have built in Minecraft thus far. It is my attempt at creating a realistic near future interplanetary nuclear powered spacecraft used for manned solar system exploration. In my opinion if we were not limited by money and all of the world's space programs teamed up something like this may very well exist in the future. The Solar System Explorer is a massive spacecraft and dwarfs my other builds. It has many features including a navigation module, observation area, supercomputer area, cockpit, centrifugal ring, lounge, crew quarters, research modules, storage modules, a biome section, corridors, laboratories and more. The entire spacecraft is a whopping 424 blocks long, 166 blocks wide and 68 blocks high. This project was built slowly over the course of six months on and off.
