As planned by the designers, its displacement was to be up to 48 thousand tons, the armor belt reached 430 mm and the main caliber was represented by 406 mm B-37 guns of Baltic factory.
Construction of the project took exactly one week, from design and verification with drawings to the completion of the stern. 6:1 scale
