World download and preset for a completely empty world, perfect for your sci-fi/steampunk building pleasure. Preset of 1;0;1 created a world with a single bottom layer of air. You will need an editing program like MCEdit to put an initial block to start building or toss in your favorite schematic models.


You need to use the 1.4 pre-release until the game updates later this week in order to use the superflat preset options. You can type 1;0;1 in the preset window during world creation or just use the world download. Have not tested this with Minecraft 1.3 but I doubt it will work with it.

Additional Notes



Got rid of original 5000 x 5000 block world. Preset allows for a completely empty world in Minecraft 1.4.

What size and distribution do you need? Are we talking large like the one inside my ringworld (256 block sphere) or smaller (like a 10 block sphere)? I need to make some objects yet for the v'ger project that might work for you.

Yeah that would fit into the hollow interior of my ring world's star. You'd have to get rid of the walkways is all. There's an MCEdit schematic for that star on the ring world page. I might make a celestial bodies project here shortly that you could grab from. Weird stars and planets.

this'll go good with personal map im doing with all of my previous builds, and some of your work, atrocities, and blibbobs work included :)

p.s., if there was a project that i would personally suggest you do, it would be with v'ger you have started, i've been interested in that, and how there is some "connection" with the borg, so if you work on that, i think it would be cool (just a suggestion :)
