This building was done by me and co-owner Weetle.

The main structure was mainly done by Weetle and also the council room. I made the decorations on walls and brought the main idea to the table. I also built the houses on top of the tower.

The idea of this building was to have a new spawn made for our server. You will spawned at the uppermost part of the tower. When you look around you get the idea that you are at ground level but you may surprise yourself if you try to jump down.

The structure includes:

SkyReach city at the highest part of the tower.
Council room below the city.
Storage room below the council.
Forest room below the storage
Main entrance.

This project took us around 6-7 hours to complete. I thank Weetle for his help, without his skills at WorldEdit this would not have been possible.

This structure will be used in my upcoming adventure map. It will be added to the empire's capital city.
