Welcome to Sphaerica II !
Do you want to play an adventure map......with the illusion of an extra space dimension again?
Would you like to set out on an expedition...
...leading into surreal worlds?
If yes, an elevator takes you to seven (or more) different levels to visit.
And just maybe, you'll manage to find out what was going on there...
These levels are much larger, more detailed and don't need
a blindness effect to maintain the illusion as compared to the predecessor.
You will receive an information book with hints guiding you on the expedition.

The name Sphaerica originates in the utilization of spherical non-euclidean geometry.
However, this map uses multiple types of non-euclidean geometry,
like strange mirrors or interlaced areas.
Creating this map took almost two years of work so far,
so I hope you appreciate it. Feel free to message me if you want to have another translation.
You can play hide and seek in almost every level,
there is a timer located at the end of the info book.
(This map therefore allows several players to play simultaneously, but you should stay together to reduce lag.)
Important: Don`t use the /tp-command to teleport between levels! This could break some game mechanics.
This map includes a resource pack, so make sure it is loaded if you are playing on a multiplayer server.
Known Issues:
- Level VIII cannot be played on a bukkit server. You will get stuck in mid-air if you attempt it.
(This seems to be a clientside bug, quit and re-join if this happens.Or maybe, this might not be an issue with newer bukkit versions anymore)
- There is the possibiility of bad command block errors (in level IX) if the /execute if blocks ... all ... command can't be recognized.
- The UUIDs of custom item attributes were changed in MC version 1.16, so expect them to be missing in 1.14 - 1.15 .
- Level VI doesn't work in versions prior to 1.17, due to the armour stands being replaced with markers
(This seems to be a clientside bug, quit and re-join if this happens.Or maybe, this might not be an issue with newer bukkit versions anymore)

If you really want to teleport between Levels:
1) Make sure that someone is present in the chosen level
(The elevator resets a level unless there are players in it)
2) Enter the command /scoreboard players set @p Level level number
3) Now you can teleport to them without any issues (probably)

- added more powered rails in level VIII
- fixed a minor issue with the new music in level II, with regards to the selected location
- fixed: level IX was dysfunctional due to an older failed attempt at fixing the issue with the /execute if blocks ... all command
(This one is apparently still in the game after so many years, but it seems to remain only as a visual bug now)
- changed the floor repair mechanics in level IX to appear more gradually
- added an automatic door debug in level IX, making the manual one obsolete
- replaced the corrupted map paintings
- minor other improvements in level IX (no spoilers here, but you might want to set a certain setting to Fabulous!)
- made more vanilla advancements impossible to get, fixed the error messages appearing in the logs for certain older ones

eventually starting it by pushing the button nearby.
(The doors open and close automatically. just wait for it.)
The elevator is the one platform in the top edge of that screenshot.
Maybe it's somehow broken? Didn't check for compatibility issues between 1.17 and 1.18 yet,
but I really doubt that it's something like that.
I found the door but the hint says to frame it and I have no idea what you mean by that.
Try to put the door into the item frame and do the same thing with yourself.

This is the "last" part of the Sphaerica project.
Even though this adventure map is already finished, I'm still tinkering with it.
