Hello,
this is the SS Stoyan Vasilev, named in remembrance of my deceased grandfather Stoyan Vasilev - one of the people which I loved the most and who put some of the most care when I was growing up.
The ship shows significant influence of Leonard Peskett. It was built in 1915-1918, and did not participate as a troopship in WWI. It served as an ocean liner in the interwar years, but was requisitioned and used as a hospital ship in WWII. It was 275 meters long, and had a speed of 25.5 knots. After WWII, it served until 1951, as an immigration ship. Scrapped in 1961 after 10 years of disuse.
Images of the ship's interior can be found down below.
Special thanks to:
Pranay for these awesome boilers
Epitaph for his renders
Safty (his renders will come soon as wlel)
Seb from Nanocraft for filling in the stern
