I have created the Bajoran sub-impulse raider which was later reused as a Maquis raider. It features 4 seats, 2 of them ops, 2 of them pilots seats. The raider was used in DS9 and Voyager.
This shuttle i cant say is 1.1 as it is 2 or 3 blocks too big for that, but non the less it is near identical to the cannon one. As stated above, this works with zeppelin mod and has been tested :) Enjoy.

On another note, I've told many people that when i make a map full of these, i'l be hanging up my shuttle making hat, by no means have i did that yet! I may not make a return any time soon, but i'm not done yet seeing as there are still shuttles out there to make
