It‘s a schematic file. You need to import it with MCEdit. It’s not a regular MC map.

Add them to your mod folder.

%appdata%/.minecraft/mods/
first you got to have forge (1.7.10) installed.

Thanks Flolikeyou. I didn't really know about forge. Will I have to download the map again. Is the mods folder titled mods, or does it need a / in the name. Also how do I get the custom NPC files to work, do they need their own folder.
