I Made a pocketwatch build 2 months ago but It wasn't very good so I improved it but I changed it so much that it didn't make sense to update the original post

Personally I prefer the old watch clock-hands. They look a lot neater/compact compared to the current bulky clock-hands (in regards to the time numbers) + the color differentiation with the seconds clock hand.

Anyway, just my two-cents.

Blender 3D, I have a few blender mods added too though that make it easier. And I use Tinkercad to import it into minecraft although there are plenty of other ways to import 3D files too
