Today I am happy to show you a simple yet striking modern cliffside house that I have built. The house is very raw and minimal. The thought behind this is that the focus should not be on the house but rather on the beautiful landscape that surrounds the house. I tried to not add windows everywhere but instead place them thoughtfully wherever I felt like they were needed. The idea was that where ever you turned you should see a window and with that either the lush, green landscape or the ocean. This makes the house feel very open and connected to nature on the inside and quite closed from the outside. With that being said, I hope that you enjoy the house as much as I enjoyed making it!
