This is my submission for CaraRose's Cozy Interior contest. A template house was provided with a blank interior for participants to fill in however they choose. This has been my first build, let alone interior design, in a long time, so any feedback is appreciated.
Surrounded by a large plot of well-shaded land, this trendy suburban abode features four bedrooms, four bathrooms (two half and three full), and a detached garage. The newly-renovated interior adds a clean and modern touch, making for a wonderful trad-mod living experience. Click through the gallery to see a selection of images.
The exterior and landscaping was done in its entirety by CaraRose and the interior layout and decoration was done exclusively by me. Everything with the exception of custom heads can be obtained in vanilla Minecraft and no datapacks were used.

Finally, I think I have found the accent wall that I like, not too much accent with a little bit of texture and keeping that brilliant white minimalist feel without going too far. Changes include:
- Changed accent walls to quartz blocks
- Changed kitchen backsplash to smooth stone slabs
- Opened up living room
- Redesigned fireplace and shelving
- Enlarged master bedroom
- Redesigned curtains
- Converted second floor sitting room to guest bedroom
- Redesigned green bedroom TV stand
- Realized that decorating with lanterns is a real thing
- Reduced kitchen island size
