Description:
Located on the foothills of the Front Range mountains, a fictional outskirt of Boulder. This is a large suburban map template with 875 house plot templates, 3 commercial plots and one elementary school. A river separates the suburban and the more rural area, with crop fields and farms on the outskirts. A gated community with large house plots is located in the hills giving you an amazing scenic view of the city. You get to build whatever you want without having to worry about the surrounding infrastructure!
Design:
This map is meant to be as realistic as possible at a 1:1 scale, I extensively researched American infrastructure such as parking spaces, road sizes and zoning to make things as realistic as possible. Designing the highway network and interchanges was incredibly challenging to pull off.
