Hi, I'm Regency 98. This is my first submission to PMC - a suburban, 70's/80's styled gas station. It features 4 fuel pumps (with a nozzle on either side, for 8 pumps total), vacuums and air pumps (on the side of the building), and includes two vehicles (a sedan and a tanker truck). On the inside it features a row of beverage refrigerators, a drink machine, snacks, and two restrooms (men's + women's).

**Important note:
I recommend downloading the world save as opposed to the MC Edit schematic, as MC Edit tends to mess up item frames - they get switched around in an odd manner, or fall off entirely.
