UPDATE: THIS BUILD IS NOW FURNISHED :)
This is a Modern Villa I designed. I don't really have much to say about it other than it does have a secret "Room". Feel free to explore and enjoy.
NOTICE:
This build uses Ice, Snow Tiles, and Fire in locations where they may cause severe damage to the area around it... especially the fire.
In order to avoid a major catastrophe, Do the following:

In order to avoid a major catastrophe, Do the following:
~How to prevent without mods or plugins~
- paste in mcedit
- use the replace feature and replace all ice with glass and fire with air
- Save and go enjoy your new house.
- This will not prevent the loss of some snow tiles. however if you look around you can see where they are and substitute other blocks as needed.
~How to prevent with plugins~
- Download Worldguard
- turn ice melt and fire spread to off in the worldguard preferences to off.
- Paste in the schematic and enjoy on your server

Changes:
- Completely remodeled the indoor theater. It actually looks like a theatre
- Added a second master bedroom
- Furnished every room
- Fire pit on the back patio
- Actual bathrooms
- Did I mention everything is furnished? oh I did? Well in case you missed it, every room is furnished.

- 3 tiered pool area

- Deck with a hot tub. Also has about 3-5 other decks. I can't really remember
