- IMPORTANT -
This system isn't made so that you can teleport anywhere by yourself !
You need another player to activate the teleporter at your destination point !
Don't worry, this is still really cool !

Updated ! Way more compact !

Hey !

Ever wanted to create some redstone powered warps on your vanilla server ?
Maybe you don't want mods that kinda ruins a part of the gameplay...
And you don't want plugins that just let you click on a sign and teleport you, that's boring...

You're looking at the right post !
Well, maybe this device as already been posted, but I searched on the main forums, nothing like this system so ...
Of course the enderpearl statis system has been already shown on YouTube !

This system is totally survival friendly, and works fine in the latest snapshots !

How Does It Works ?

The system uses a trick with slimeblocks, called "Enderpearl Statis", that pushes the enderpearl forward
permanently in water, so that the enderpearl never lands on the groud
and teleport the player.

So, first build this system, there's a world download availabe for you.

When you're done, you simply have to push the "Place The Fence" button,
place the player right on the side of the fence, look directly upward
and throw your enderpearl.

Then you quickly get out of the pressure plate, and you're done !
You can walk around, disconnect from the server...

When you need to get back to the teleporter, you have to ask another player to push the "Teleport Player" button.
This will teleport you and place you driectly on the pressure plate. No suffocation, no fall damage !

Then just throw another enderpearl in the system, so you can teleport again whenever you want !

More Infos

This only works in SMP because this system requires, of course, at least 2 players.

Theclock used for the piston that pushes the enderpearl is quite fast, and
can sometimes on servers that have very few GBs allocated break. I
haven't tested that, but don't worry, you really need like 512 MB to
have a chance for the clock to break...

This thing makes a bit of noise, you should bulid these teleporter like 30 blocks away from your base.

Enderpearls, like any other entities in Minecraft, can sometimes have a weird behavior for 1 or 2 seconds.
There's a very small chance that, when you teleport, you land inside the furnace with the plate.
You'll not suffocate, that will not break the system. That's just a bit annoying, cause have to enderpearl to get out...

If you die, your enderpearl disappear, that's a feature of the game, not a bug...

You can test this system by disconnecting, unloading the chunks, ...
The enderpearl keep bouncing !

Don't hesitate to post comments !
I'm gonna work again on that system, to try fixing one or two minor bugs !

Thanks for reading !
I'm French by the way, sorry for the possible mistakes in this post...

Tested in 1.8 too, works just fine.
I'm currently compacting the redstone, so the system is a lot more tileable.

Post a YT video of the compacted version please.  I have the Etho version of the Ender Porter but I think yours is more reliable.

I'll try to make a short video of building this system, yes. I don't have a great graphic card, so the video will be a bit laggy, sorry. Not too laggy, but that's still a bit annoying :/ ...

For now I just added a 1 minute video to show you how to use it, cause the text wans't that clear in my opinion
