This fighter requires the Spigot/Bukkit Server Plugin Movecraft to fly. The redstone will work without any mods or commands, but for the ship to move, the Movecraft plugin must be installed. The plugin along with the tutorial for it can be found here:

Features:

x1 Manual fire gun: This is to shoot down enemy fighters and set alight to exposed lifting cells. Controlled by the lever next to the forward facing dispenser in the cockpit.

x1 Automatic Bomb Dropper: Used for rapidly destroying terrain beneath the craft. It is controlled using the lever directly behind the comparator in the cockpit. 

Backstory:
The newest generation of fighters for the Union were rolling off the production line quickly. Two fighters models were already under mass production, but that was far from enough to sastify the needs of General Lakroskly, general of the Slokovian Airship Fleet. He himself ordered that a small fighter-bomber that met the specifications of the new designs. His order was met with a fighter that had similar dimensions to the other two aircraft, and mounted on it was an automatic bomb bay that could rapidly destroy any ground targets beneath it. The compact size allowed it to be delpoyed from flight decks and hangar bays with ease. Lakroskly immediately added the schematic to the production lines once the first working models were produced.
